What we look for in a loan :
- £100,000 to £5 million.
- Our term loan is a maximum LTV of 60% inclusive of fees, interest only, up to 7-years term.
- Term loans, rates from 9.99% loans assess on affordability, and income from any source.
- Our Bridge loan is 50% LTV including fees, and any rolled-up interest, up to 24 months, up to a 3-year term.
- Bridge finance rates, from 10.25%
- Secured via a first charge on agricultural property with land or land.
- Each loan is looked at on its merit with rates reflecting.
